SAILOONS works on all devices e.g., Desktop, Tablets and Mobile, at both Android and Appstore anywhere and anytime and as per your choice.

SAILOONS features are free for customer who wish to book appointments. Whereas for Salon Owner and Hairdressers the basic features are free with an option to avail some features services with subscription.

SAILOONS is accessible with just one click on “Signup” at home page on both desktop and mobile application. No credit card required for registration. 

SAILOONS provide direct access to specific salon and their hairdressers calendar to the customer, where you can choose your preferred date and time against required services. Customer can opt for prices of salon services against peak and off-peak hours at reduced rates. Once a booking request is made, customer will receive notification for acceptance from salons as a confirmation.

SAILOONS requires from customer to register first by providing their basic details e.g. Name, Mobile Number, Email etc.

SAILOONS customers shall have absolutely free access of Salon Hairdresser Profile to review along with their ratings to choose before moving next step of online booking after selecting the required services from the service list.

SAILOONS delivered reminders at around 12:00 the day before the appointment to minimize no-shows, but long enough before to give customer adequate time to cancel.

SAILLONS accept payment only after completing the services with the option to “Pay at Salon” either in cash or through credit card.

SAILLONS customer support service is available within working hours and as long as there is business need to be fulfilled.
